I found myself getting a little giddy when I arrived at the studio today – the brief walk between my car and the door allowed me to:
a. Feel warm sun on my shoulders and back
b. Not be immediately put-out by freezing winds or sopping rain eliminating the joy of the aforementioned sun
c. Inhale the chalky, sweet smell of a world heating up
Similar to and at the same time opposite of the smell of rain, the smell of sun was like insta-vitamins for my brain… I smiled to myself and skipped up the stairs to the studio, suddenly in a very, very good mood.

I am on my way to a shoot in Woodinville and am so, so, SO overjoyed that despite breaking my cardinal rule of “no bookings on Sundays” I may get rewarded with a beautiful, inspiring, sunny day to make up for it!
Can’t wait to hop in the car, crank the tunes, dig my sunglasses out of hibernation and giddy on up to “wine country.”
Three cheers for Spring gracing Seattle with her presence. We welcome you with open arms lovely lady!
